Have to write a final paper on a book I never got around to read. One of the questions asks for specific quotes and page numbers. Worried about how I’m gonna bs it I open the book. And all of the relevant passages are highlighted.
Thank you previous book owner!

Every book I’ve gotten from the school store has had highlighted passages. Thank goodness because all of these books I’ve had no interest in reading.

My last 2 years in College I had E-Books...sometimes cost the same as paper books...but it allowed me to Search text, which made this stuff fantastic.

That’s awesome. I used the Google machine a few years ago for an open book test and all the answers were there. That and CTRL+F in an E-book are lifesavers.

Yup. I can only assume you’ve read it?

Yup, back in the 90s. From what I recall it was kind of a process improvement primer wrapped in a narrative. I don't recall hating it, haha.

I had a test once like that in college. I didn’t feel like reading the book, so I skipped it and guessed the answers. I think I got 8/10.
